ATTENTION INVESTORS Pre-construction/remediation price through the HOAs insurance funding because of hurricane damage. Downstairs units are being rebuilt and totally renovated. See attached floor plan for the unit. Also see an attachment showing list of renovation materials for the interiors provided from HOA. Some of the photos are showing units that have had part of the renovation completed according to the list provided by the HOA of materials to be used. Upper cabinets are not included to match new lowers in the renovation, but they are to be available at additional cost directly with the builder, specifics will be available through the HOA office contact. Existing white upper cabinets in the kitchen photos are included. Ceiling fans, light fixtures, bath fixtures, new AC unit, new water heater, and full paint as seen in partial completion unit example photos(photos are of other units that are completed) and as notated on list provided of materials to be used from the HOA. Please verify all information with the HOA. Previous special assessment of $1001.93 monthly has been "cancelled" according to the current HOA, 9/12/24. They are in the process of obtaining new funding, by loan, to finish the interior remediation of damaged buildings. This loan will incur a new special assessment with amount and when it will begin to be due unknown at this time. No appliances are included. No power is available in the condo.
