Central Florida real estate news reports for the month of June 2022 sales are 3,793 with median price of 387,000, inventory 5,437 and average interest rate 5.52% and fluctuating. As far as transportation the interstate four project has made significant progress over the last ten years.

The express lane in portions of interstate four have been completed to take the flow of traffic off the main arteries to help traffic flow more evenly. The sun rail at the Orlando International Airport has mad significant progress and the ultimate goal is to have travelers off the plane into the sun rail to travel high sped to part's of the Space Coast, Tamps and Miami with the luxury of wifi, beverages and light snacks. 

Central Florida will remain the Disney international Capital of America drawing families from all over the world and may relocate with the benefits of summer mostly year round and no State tax is always a winner. 

INTEREST RATES

June 2022 was history once the Fed raised the interest rates 3/4%. July 2022 they are looking at another repeating the same as June. With the health of the U.S. economy has forced them to proceed with their plan to reduce inflation. As in all aspects this is a trickle down effect and applies to all types of loans. By the end of 2022 the height of rate hikes total 3.25% to 3.5%. The objective is to reduce home pricing restore and reset affordability housing and once leveled out the rates should come back to pre pandemic interest rate

Builders have conformed to the housing market since prices on materials have subsided and working with lenders that have produced ethical and creative lending have eased the pain of getting into a home based on meeting standards and qualifications.
