INFLATION

These last two years has been brutal in a good way and bad way. The good way was in the heavy pandemic season with low interest rates and the bad way was with the interest rates tripled in the post pandemic season of June 2022 and 2023. In my humble opinion the mortgage rates remained too low an extra year. This hurt many families and caused disruption in the economy from the federal government trying to tame inflation after the fact.
