REMOTE WORKING FROM HOME

Remote working from home has been the norm since the pandemic. National Association of Realtors reported a steady average of homebuyers looking for home features established to work from home since November 2022 - November 2023. Dedicated work areas are needed where employees can work comfortable, well lit and free from distractions. Remote working is know as telecommuting outside of a traditional office environment which allows you to flexibility and accommodate personal work commitments separated from your personal time. This also allows increased productivity due to fewer distractions and interruptions compared to a traditional office setting. Without the daily commute, you can save time, gas and use that extra time for a morning workout or personal activities. 

Work life balance allows you to spend more time with family, pursue personal interest and have more of a flexible schedule. You are able to have control more of your time and create a routine that suits your needs. This type of work required self discipline and motivation. Without the structure of the office environment, it is important to stay focused and manage your time effectively. Setting goals, creating a dedicated workspace and establishing a  routine can help maintain productivity.
