This facility offer several school programs such as basketball, racquetball, register with a personal trainer, cheerleading, martial arts, T-Ball, soccer, volleyball, high energy zumba, tennis, aquatic classes and water games and summer camps for all ages. Many are held all year. with state of the art workout equipment always available for working out with a personal trainer. I recall when I was a kid this was the place to be with loads of fun! Before and after school or work sessions are always fun to exert energy before or after a long day.
