HOME OFFICE

In these changing times many homes that families are looking for are now required to have a work at home office. I am experiencing this from many buyers due to COVID-19 and it is real.  This is starting to be the norm and requirement. As of today, Central Florida is ranked 23 higher than last month in the pandemic prior occurrence. Home offices are necessary to keep the plague to a minimum in the work force.

MARKET SHIFTING

This is another positive shift for the state of Florida in the home industry. With interest rates diving helps more buyers afford homes and larger homes. With this election year the unknown is on the horizon and predictions are that rates are going to remain low for the next 12-18 months. So this is an excellent time to buy and sell.  I say it is a buyer and seller market! Essential worker's are now dominating the market because of current crisis and stability and the majority of my buyers and sellers. With that said good and excellent credit is what makes this happen.

NEW CONSTRUCTION

New construction can't even keep up the pace and very little inventory homes to walk through to see. Central Florida is just plain a hot market now. Every new construction community I drive to can't keep up with demand, however selling lots to build homes. Competition is definitely on the rise with features and benefits. Smart homes are truly advancing with solar and Alexa which makes life easier. So much to offer now with advanced technology. It seems that this make life so much easier to live in with a smart home. Behind the scenes the builders marketeers are measuring statistics on market productivity in all facets to be a step ahead of their competition.  So jump on in and let me help you today!
